Violet Kind is the creator of Fly Fusion, Virtual Violet Dance School, The Bleuebellatrix Project, and a founding member of internationally touring dance trio, Dubrikato. Born and raised in south-central Minnesota, she was lucky enough to stumble upon a fusion belly dance class with Anna Kimm in her hometown in 2005. In 2013, Violet began the creation of Fly Fusion as a way to fuse her love of dance with a need for structure. Since then, the format has evolved into a world-wide dance adventure with virtual students in five continents and certified teachers in multiple countries. Of her favorite things about dance, teaching is her favorite. Her teaching style is unique, upbeat, and pushes students through frustrating moments with laughter. She is always searching for new ways to encourage creativity and growth, in herself and her students. Violet has been fortunate enough to study in the certification programs of Rachel Brice, Ashley Lopez, and Zoe Jakes.
